What do I wear?

Please bring shorts for your consultation. You will be asked to undress down to your underwear and cover yourself with a towel for the treatment.  All males must wear secure boxers.

How many sessions do I need?

It is advised that you get regular massage and acupuncture sessions every 2-6 weeks to prevent injury. However, everybody is different, your therapist will let you know what they recommend.

Do I bring towels?

Yes, due to Covid, you will need to bring your own towel to the clinic. If it is a home visit, please supply your own towels.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will be asked to pay 100% for the session and a cancellation invoice will be sent to you. Cancel by texting 07468592720 or emailing Eloise@bodyhubtherapy.co.uk.

This does not apply to Covid 19 symptoms. You will not be charged.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, just let us know if you would like to pay cash. We can book the session in manually for you.

If we booked you in manually then you will receive an invoice before your session.

Do you work with insurance companies?

No. Most major insurance companies do not cover our session fees and are very specific with what services they cover, this does not usually include sports massage or sports rehabilitation. If your insurance provider does cover our treatments, please ask us for a receipt via email as your provider could reimburse you.

What are your opening hours?

Mobile bookings: Monday – Sunday 9am-9pm (Please check availability when booking)

Clinic bookings: Monday 10am-9pm, Tuesday 10am-9pm, Wednesday 10am-9pm, Thursday (Andrew only) 4pm- 9pm, Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday (Andrew only) 10am- 5pm.

I purchased a gift certificate, how do I give it to the recipient?

The certificate will be emailed to you. This can then be printed and given to the recipient. The certificate will include a code that they can use to book there session online.

What is the expiry on your block bookings?

2 months.

I didn’t use all my sessions in time? Can I extend it?

No, once your block of sessions has expired, the remaining sessions will be lost. Please make a note of your expiry date.

Does your clinic have parking?

You can park in the car park for £5. We can give you a voucher.

Will my initial consultation include treatment?

If you book a one hour sports massage or a one hour injury rehab session then your session will include a consultation and treatment.

I am pregnant. Can I have a session?

You cannot have a session in your first trimester.

I have cancer, can I have a session?

Unfortunately we cannot treat you if you have cancer. Feel free to contact us as we can recommend some fabulous therapists.

Should I arrive early for my session?

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session. Due to Covid, we would like to minimise the number of people on the premises.

Do you offer personal training?

No, Body Hub does not directly offer personal training. We do offer a 30 minute gym technique session if you feel like you need help with certain techniques.

Can I cancel my booking online?

No, please email us if you wish to cancel.

Are their changing rooms and facilities?

Yes, but we would prefer that you arrived changed with minimal belongings.

Where is the closest tube station?

Archway or Finsbury Park are a short 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bus journey away.

Do you give refunds if I am not happy with my treatment?

No, we strive to provide an excellent service, however if you are not happy with your session then let us know.

Do you give Discounts?

Yes, use the code RECOVER for 20% off your first session. We also have a 30% off referral scheme.

What is your late policy?

If you are late for your session we will not be able to add the extra time on at the end. This time will be lost.

Privacy Policy

When you visit Body Hub and enter your details, we want to make sure that your information is handled securely. This page will help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it and want we plan to do with it.

Data Collection

We receive limited identifiable information, such as name, title, company address, email address, and telephone and fax numbers, from website visitors. Typically, identifying information is collected to:

  • Book a session
  • Enquire for further information
  • Fill out client consultation form
  • Visitors are also able to send email to us through the website. Their messages will contain their name, telephone number, and email address, as well as any additional information the user may wish to include in the message.

Use of data
When a visitor provides personal data to us, we will use it for the purposes for which it was provided to us as stated at the point of collection (or as is obvious from the context of collection). Examples of the types of use are given in the ‘data collection’ section above. We may also use your data to contact you with information about our business, services, and events, and other information, which may be of interest to you; you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking unsubscribe in the email sent or by contacting us as set out in the ‘Unsubscribe’ section below.

Our websites do not collect or compile personally identifying information for dissemination or sale to outside parties for consumer marketing purposes, or host mailings on behalf of third parties.

Data controller

Body Hub (the limited company registered in England under registration no. 10867142 and with its registered address at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU) is the data controller of any personal data collected through this website and will process such data in accordance with the General Data Protection Act 2018.

Disclosure to third parties

Our policy is not to share personally identifiable information with any third parties, unless required by law, or unless explicitly requested by a visitor or otherwise as set out in this section. We recognise that your information is valuable and we take all reasonable measures to protect your information while it is in our care.

Security
Only authorized Body Hub personnel are provided access to personally identifiable information and these employees have agreed to ensure confidentiality of this information.

Access to information

If you would like to update any personal data you have submitted through this site, please do so via the contact us page or please email us eloise@bodyhubtherapy.co.uk

If you would like details of the information, which you have submitted to us through this site, you have a right of access to such information and you may contact us via the above email address. We may charge for a request for access in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Data retention

The personal data you submit to us will only be retained for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. For example, contact information about visitors (such as information generated though booking a session) will be kept as long as the information is required to completely service the contact request or until a user requests that we delete that information. Mailing list information, discussion posts and email are kept for only the period of time considered reasonable to facilitate the visitor’s requests.
