FAQ
What do I wear?
Please bring shorts for your consultation so we can assess your posture. You will be asked to undress down to your underwear for treatment. All males must wear secure boxers.
How many sessions do I need?
While every body is unique, we generally recommend a maintenance session every 2 to 6 weeks to stay ahead of potential injuries and keep your movement optimal. Your recovery window depends on your training volume, stress levels, and how your body responds to treatment. During your session, we’ll discuss a tailored schedule that fits your specific goals and activity levels.
Do I bring towels?
No, we supply a fresh towel or blanket for every session.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee. For those who haven’t prepaid, a cancellation invoice will be issued. To notify us, please text 07468592720 or email
Do you accept cash?
Yes, just let us know if you would like to pay cash. We can book the session manually for you.
If we booked you in manually, you will receive an invoice before your session.
Do you work with insurance companies?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, many providers will reimburse you for our services. We recommend checking with your specific insurer to see if your policy covers our treatments. If they do, simply let us know and we will happily email you a formal receipt following your session, which you can then submit to your provider for reimbursement.
What are your opening hours?
Mobile bookings: Monday – Sunday 9 am-9 pm (Please check availability when booking).
Clinic bookings: Wednesday 10 am-2 pm and Friday 10 am-6 pm.
I purchased a gift certificate, how do I give it to the recipient?
The certificate will be emailed to you. This can then be printed and given to the recipient. The certificate will include a code that they can use to book their session online.
What is the expiry on your block bookings?
2 months.
I didn’t use all my sessions in time. Can I extend it?
No, once your block of sessions has expired, the remaining sessions will be lost. Please make a note of your expiry date.
Does your clinic have parking?
Our London clinic does not have parking. You can use Ringo to park on the same street as the clinic (Kingsdown Road) between 10-2 pm. Parking is free after 2 pm.
Will my initial consultation include treatment?
Our primary goal during your initial consultation is to establish a safe and effective roadmap for your recovery. For patients with straightforward injuries, we often begin physical treatment in the first session; however, if your case is complex—involving multiple areas of pain or a long medical history—our priority is a comprehensive clinical assessment. We will schedule your follow-up treatment as soon as possible. This ensures that when we do begin manual therapy, it is targeted and safe.
Where can I find your prices?
In the book now section of our website.
I am pregnant. Can I have a session?
Yes, however, if it is sports massage that you are after it is advised that you wait until your second trimester.
Should I arrive early for my session?
To ensure a smooth flow between appointments and to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the patient before you, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
As we do not have a formal waiting area, this helps us ensure that each patient has a private and undisturbed exit before your session begins. Your cooperation in helping us maintain a professional and discreet environment for everyone is greatly appreciated.
Can I cancel my booking online?
No, please email us if you wish to cancel.
Are there changing rooms and facilities?
Yes, but we would prefer that you arrive changed with minimal belongings.
Where is the closest tube station?
London – Archway or Finsbury Park is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus journey away.
Do you give refunds if I am not happy with my treatment?
We strive to provide the highest standard of care in every session. While we do not offer refunds for completed appointments, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you feel your experience didn’t meet your expectations, please let us know. We are committed to listening to your feedback and working with you to find a positive resolution for your ongoing recovery.
Do you give discounts?
No. To ensure the highest standard of clinical care and dedicated 1-on-1 time for every patient, our rates are fixed and reflect the level of expertise and ongoing support provided. Rather than offering one-off discounts, we focus on delivering a highly efficient recovery plan designed to get you back to full activity in the fewest sessions possible. This approach ensures you aren’t paying for unnecessary appointments and receive the best possible return on your investment in your health.
What is your late policy?
If you are late for your session we will not be able to add the extra time at the end. This time will be lost.
