‘It came about from past experiences that were very painful at the time. From growing up and being massively involved in sports, never a day went by where I wasn’t on my feet running around.
As childhood passed and I made it to university it was very clear I had a talent for hurdling. I trained hard, so hard I even jeopardized grades for my sports, so when I became injured everything came to a halt. I struggled with finding the treatment I needed, advice was inconsistent and I didn’t understand why everybody was giving me different information. I was so frustrated that I couldn’t stay fit and healthy whilst I managed my injury.
When I graduated university I set out on a mission to make sure any active person that had made exercise part of their life didn’t have to go through the horrible experience I did when looking for help whilst recovering from injury.
That’s why Body hub takes the stress out of rehab, by delivering tailored sessions with post session care and carefully thought out follow up sessions. There is no longer any space for out-dated and inconsistent injury care.’
At Body Hub we are different. Prepare to be listened to and prepare to transform your quality of life.
